Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy: You must arrive and check in no later than 10 minutes before your class starts. Places may be given to waitlisted students if you have not arrived on time. Latecomers will not be permitted as it disturbs the other students. Should Snehaa Midha Yoga have to cancel a course, workshop, or event for any reason, either a full refund will be offered or the canceled class will not be subtracted from your class pass. Classes on the timetable often change and refunds will not be offered for class passes. Drop-in classes are flexible for both students and teachers, and for this reason, Snehaa Midha Yoga requests that everyone prebook their classes to ensure viability. It may occasionally be necessary for us to make changes to our services, and we reserve the right to make such changes. If the change is minor, for example, minor changes in the timetable, substitution of teachers, change of the location of the classes, or changes due to adverse weather conditions, we will try our best to notify you in advance but are not obliged to do so, and no compensation is payable. Also, we may change the services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the booked class. Failure to cancel your class (if the class is full) before this will incur:
-Month-to-Month Snehaa Midha Yoga Membership: €5 Penalty
-1 Year of Snehaa Midha Yoga: €5 Penalty
-5 Class Passes & Single Class Passes: Class is forfeited
-Unlimited Intro Snehaa Midha Yoga: 3 days removed from pass

We have limited space at our studio and we work very hard at keeping numbers down. It’s not fair to us or anyone on our waiting lists if you book a class and don’t show up. If your class or workshop is not canceled within the specified time, it does not give us time to fill your place, so no refunds will be issued. Class passes may be used for all regular classes. They may not be used on workshops or events. All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
